✅ Returns & Refund Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

• Personal care products

• Intimate or sanitary goods

• Final sale items

💡 How to Request a Return:

2. Our support team will provide you with a return address and instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you about your refund approval.

⚠️ Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective/damaged).

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
